The two main therapeutic approaches I use are Internal Family System ( IFS Parts Therapy) & Brain Spotting(BSP). I just specialise in IFS Therapy and Brainspotting Therapy. I work in my practice helping people who seek therapy for a range of emotional and stress-related issues including stress, anxiety, worry, depression, anger, panic attacks and grief. I endeavour to create a compassionate, non-judgmental and transformative space for my clients and always practice with these values in mind.
