Here at The Third Space, I support individuals who are are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for change. They may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, grief, and trauma. Some individuals might come to therapy for support through a crisis, while others might come seeking self-understanding.
What brings people to my practice, can be the desire to develop a toolkit, reconnection to self, and growth. Many people spend years carrying difficult emotions on their own, and want a safe, supportive space where they can be heard without judgement, and this is what I am passionate about providing.
As an integrative therapist, I believe that no two people are the same, and therapy should reflect that. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support individuals navigating a variety of difficulties, including anxiety, grief, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, eating disorders, and perinatal mental health.
Whether you are struggling with persistent anxiety, coping with bereavement, feeling disconnected from yourself or your body, or finding the demands of daily life difficult to manage, therapy can offer a space to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and develop new ways of coping.
