Sometimes we need a non-bias“outside” perspective to hear our own voices. As an integrative therapist I utilize approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person centered, Solution focused, mindfulness etc. depending on the needs and requests of each individual. Pulling apart what may often feel like a tangled ball of wool in ones head in order to recognise, prioritize and cope with the sometimes over whelming thoughts, feeling and behaviors that present. Providing a secure, non-judgmental, confidential environment in which you can safely express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns at a rate that is comfortable to you

I can help you practically with residential treatment information, with aftercare from residential treatment or with helping you to make these changes whilst you continue to work or study.
