Hello I'm Suzanne, I have developed a psychoeducational CBT skills approach that teaches you methods and techniques to your problems. This enables you to understand and manage your thinking, feelings and behaviours for a better life experience. My aim is to help you ultimately change your negative thinking to more helpful way of thinking and to effectively, become your own therapist.
I am accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I have a scientific skills approach to therapy. I use CBT to help you to understand that you have the ability to make lasting and effective changes to your life.
I've seen countless numbers of individuals re-engage in life, end obsessive thoughts, leave depression behind and most importantly approach life with a new perspective.
