I am a dedicated Counselling Psychotherapist who works from an integrated person-centered modality. I aim to walk along side my client on their healing journey within a safe and compassionate environment. Each session is tailored to the client's individual needs, as they arise. I work at my client's pace in a non-judgmental and empathic manner. Together, we can build resilience, restore self-worth and develop tools to manage emotional triggers that lead to anxiety. I can also offer a holistic approach to therapy. Providing meditations, breathing and grounding techniques combined with talk therapy.
I am a trained counselling psychotherapist, with vast life experiences. I offer a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where client's can learn healthy coping skills that lead to a positive mind set. Psychological and physical self-care techniques can be development that benefit my client's mindset and their relationships.
Life is full of highs and lows. If you are experiencing low mood or tackling a difficult time in your life, I can provide a safe and empathic space in which you can unpack and make sense of your experiences. With the aim of building a better relationships with the self and with others.
