Hi my name is Susan and you are very welcome to my profile page. I can understand how making a decision to come to counselling might be a daunting prospect. However, it is important for you to know that your story and what brings you to counselling is yours to tell at a pace that works you. My aim is to create a space where you can sit with your thoughts and feelings uninterrupted by the outside world. We can work together to gently uncover what your needs are and how best to support those needs in your every day life.
My training as a humanistic integrative counsellor is at the heart of how I work. Respect, compassion and empathy underpin my way of being as a counsellor. I work in a busy counselling centre and I have experience of working with clients in various levels of distress. I also have a private practice in Killarney Co. Kerry.
We all need space sometimes to figure out how best to navigate our way forward through life. It would be my privilege to work alongside you while you find your way through whatever may be challenging you right now.
