I’m Susan O’Shea, a qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) and the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA). I offer a calm, confidential space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship and tailor my approach to each person’s individual needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to provide meaningful, practical support.
I work with clients who come to therapy experiencing anxiety, panic, low self-esteem or difficulties in relationships and family life and support individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, offering a confidential, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences safely and honestly.
I also work with individuals facing anxiety, panic, stress, fertility issues, pregnancy loss and childlessness. I support adolescents dealing with school avoidance, peer pressure, and family challenges. I also help parents explore the emotional demands of raising children and teens, offering space to reflect on boundaries, communication and self-care.
