Therefore, she practices from an integrative approach with a special focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy in combination with other techniques. Her main goal is to assist you in exploring yourself, to find your strengths to enable you to overcome difficulties, developing strategies and coping skills in order to achieve your full potential and improve your quality of life.
