I am a person-centered Counsellor and Psychotherapist providing talk therapy in Portlaoise and Dame St., Dublin 2 as well as online. Therapy is most beneficial when conducted in a safe, nonjudgmental, and trusting environment. In therapy, I endevour to create a space that allows you to be yourself and to be heard in an open and sensitive way.
I work with many specific issues such as: stress, anxiety, relationships, depression, trauma, anger, family conflicts, LGBTQ matters, grief and bereavement, self-esteem and more. As a therapist, I have accompanied many clients and the core of my practice is learning to trust yourself and make decisions that empower your life.
Healing can begin by opening up to a psychotherapist who offers you a nonjudgmental, accepting, calm, and predictable space to talk. You may be able to express and understand your emotions, experiences, and needs in a safe environment. All parts of you are welcome here!
