I work with adults, and groups across a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, workplace stress, men's mental health, trauma, bereavement, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach — non-judgemental, authentic and always at your pace.
I draw on CBT, Person-Centred, Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches, tailoring every session to what you actually need. I offer both face-to-face sessions in Athlone and online via Zoom — flexible

I am very empathic towards a client as I learn and understand their feelings and experiences with great sensitivity. I believe the counselling space is very much the clients space. I work very much at the clients pace and create a safe environment for the client to relax and feel comfortable talking about their issues.
