I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, Panic disorders, Relationship breakdown, Life changes and eating disorders. I have a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and also a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
I work collaboratively with my clients, tailoring to each individual while taking time to really listen and to understand the experiences that have shaped them, the challenges they face and the goals that they have. I take the time to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and explore practical and meaningful ways to move forward.
I work with many therapeutic approaches, tailored to each client and their needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Integrative Psychotherapy, Humanistic Therapy and Pluralistic Therapy.
