I'm a trauma specialist working with women and mothers, drawing on the nervous system, the body, and the relational patterns trauma leaves behind — not just the thinking mind. Sessions build real capacity to manage stress and emotion day to day. I also deliver trauma-specialist talks and training for organisations and teams.
