I am qualified accredited psychotherapist with 11 years experience. I am working with different issues such as self-harm, anxiety, depression, bereavement, work related issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem, sexual identity, suicide, post natal depression, bullying, child traumas issues, addictions, anger issues, unhelpful habits amongst others. I use different approaches to help my clients such as : Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioural Therapies . I am fluent in three languages: English, Russian and Romanian. I provide therapy for adults, children and adolescents.
I offer face to face, telephone, Skype, WhatsApp counselling. There are reduced scale fee available to second contract agreement.
