I have a particular interest in supporting clients with mental health challenges such as; depression and low mood, anxiety and panic, stress and burnout, self esteem, early-childhood trauma, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I'm also passionate about mental health needs within the LGBT+ community.
My therapy values include bringing humour, a willingness to both teach and learn, practical support, and vulnerability, to each session.
I am a fully accredited Australian Psychologist with five years experience in private practice settings. I am also a Chartered Psychologist member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
