Hi, I’m Sophie, a counsellor and psychotherapist with an honours bachelor’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy and a pre-accredited member of APCP. I work with a wide range of people facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. My approach is rooted in the belief that the power of truly listening and understanding your life and struggles from your perspective is invaluable.
I am fully present with my clients and guide them on a journey back to themselves, helping them recognise that they are already enough, and therapy is simply a process of reconnecting with that truth. I have a passion for mindfulness and holistic practices that honour the connection between mind and body.
