I specialise in supporting clients to heal from complex trauma. I have a particular interest in overcoming coping behaviours such as using food to comfort or numb out. I find my clients often have had painful childhood experiences. My training in social work has provided a backdrop for understanding early adverse childhood experiences. Many of my clients are also highly sensive. I support people to become unstuck and to gain much needed self esteem and confidence.
I specialise in IFS. I use an integrative mix of psychotheraputic modalities. My work can be highly creative.
