My goal as a therapist is to help you, my client, feel welcome, heard, and understood. I treat a range of issues, but I especially enjoy serving those who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, and stuck. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, bereavement, and cPTSD, and I help my clients work towards their goals of feeling relaxed, competent, and able to face life's challenges. I have a lot of experience treating perfectionism and self-criticism, and love helping these clients foster self-compassion and perseverance.
I am a therapist with ADHD. Consequently, I welcome anyone who is unsure whether they have it or not, those who are seeking a diagnosis, and those who are diagnosed and unsure how to manage their lives. My practice is a safe, nonjudgmental place for neurodivergent clients, and I tailor my therapy to suit each individual.
My treatment style varies from client to client depending on their needs, goals, and preferences. However, I take a relational approach in my work, and enjoy using art, music, metaphor, self-compassion, somatic exercises, and guided meditations. If this sounds like the kind of therapy for you, please take this as a sign to get in touch with me.

I work with clients who tend to struggle with low self-esteem, depression, and trauma related to past experiences, relationships, or family. Our initial sessions will deal primarily with addressing coping skills, replacing ones that aren't working too well with more productive and healthy ones. This helps us to tackle the issues themselves a few weeks into our work together with more ease.

As a person-centred therapist I use our developing relationship as a means for healing past relational wounds. In cases where you might find it difficult to find words for your feelings, I use guided meditations, art therapy, and breathing exercises to help you find a release. I also employ Solution Focused Therapy to aid you in finding your own answers and forming new habits and coping skills.
