Do you feel like you have bees in your head? Is it difficult to get off the sofa, even when you know you have a million things to do? Are you exhausted and in need of a new direction?
In my experience as a therapist, and as a person with ADHD, I’ve seen many clients presenting with confusion, fatigue, brain fog, and burnout. Together, we’ve worked towards helping them find their spark again, live in a way that works for them, not against them, and how to set healthy boundaries in order to live a peaceful, fulfilling life. If this sounds like something you would like to work towards, send me an email today for more information.
I am a therapist with ADHD. Consequently, I welcome anyone who is unsure whether they have it or not, those who are seeking a diagnosis, and those who are diagnosed and unsure how to manage their lives. My practice is a safe, nonjudgmental place for neurodivergent clients, and I tailor my therapy to suit each individual.
My treatment style varies from client to client depending on their needs, goals, and preferences. However, I take a relational approach in my work, and enjoy using art, music, metaphor, self-compassion, somatic exercises, and guided meditations. If this sounds like the kind of therapy for you, please take this as a sign to get in touch with me.
