I’m a preaccred therapist offering a safes pace so you don’t have to carry it all alone. I work with adults & adolescents facing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, relationship issues, abuse, trauma, attachment wounds, and more. My approach is integrative, grounded in a deep understanding of early experiences, complex trauma & emotional regulation.
