I work with adults & teens/adolescents struggling with ADHD symptoms, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, relationship issues, bullying, abuse, trauma, attachment wounds, disordered eating and more. My approach is integrative, grounded in a deep understanding of early experiences, complex trauma, neuropsychology & emotional regulation.
