I aim to help individuals who want to explore and fully experience their inner world. Whether you have struggles to face or wish to get to know yourself better, the psychoanalytic therapy room is a safe and confidential environment to bring your whole self into.
I specialise in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, a form of talk therapy focused on
exploring unconscious thoughts, patterns and feelings of the individual. It
is rooted in the idea that early experiences shape us and are reflected in
our present behaviours, feelings and relationships.
I am currently a senior trainee with the Irish Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IIPP) and offer low-cost psychoanalytic psychotherapy to adults in either English or Italian.
