SMC Counselling and Psychotherapy offers you a place to gain awareness and insight, learn how to cope with difficulties that arise in your life, and learn strategies to cope with unhelpful thoughts.
I am a pre-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist under the professional body IACP. I work with various issues, including anxiety and stress, trauma, depression, low mood, low self-esteem and grief. I love the work that I do, my goal is to always provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for my clients.
