I believe that there is no universal approach to therapy.
I am a psychologist and a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). I am a psychotherapist in training with the University College Dublin School of Medicine. I build tailored, high-quality sessions specifically for each client, to reflect his or her individual personality and needs.
