I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist of The Psychological Society of Ireland with over 18 years of experience (both in the USA and in Ireland), providing psychological treatment to adults with mental health issues. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Pure Psychology from University College Dublin, and received my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counselling from Seattle University in Washington State USA. I believe that people who seek out therapy are self-striving individuals motivated to grow and develop authentically.
I also provide specialized trauma treatment therapy to clients dealing with traumatic issues. I completed an Advanced Master Programme on the Treatment of Trauma with The National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioural Medicine and have been trained in Lifespan Integration, CRM, and Brainspotting.
