Siobhan is a fully certified EMDR, CBT, DBT and ACT therapist. She is a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She is a Bachelor of Science qualified Humanistic & Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She works in the Naas and Kilcullen areas of County Kildare. Siobhan is a qualified Acceptance and Commitment Therapist. She has a level 9 Cert in CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) working with children and adolescents She works with her Clients using Talk Therapy integrated with Creative Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Siobhan has a great interest in Adolescents and Adults.
I offer Online and In Person. . I have many different approaches depending on the needs of the client. My approaches are EMDR, Schema Therapy, Behavioral and Cognitive therapy (CBT), I also am an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment) Therapist as well as Humanistic approach. I am very interested in working with Adolescents and Adults.

In an environment of safety and collaboration, clients can gain a deepened self knowledge, feel understood and begin to resolve the difficulties and symptoms that brought them to Therapy in the beginning.
