My approach is integrative and person-centred, meaning I tailor therapy to your individual needs and experiences. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what matters to you at your own pace.
I have a particular interest in childhood trauma and a deep understanding of how early experiences can shape our thoughts, behaviours, and emotional patterns in ways we may not always be aware of. Together, we can gently explore how the past may be influencing the present, helping you develop greater awareness, self-compassion, and choice.
