I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist with 15 years experience working with adults with a wide variety of emotional struggles, life challanges, and mental and physical health difficulties. I have worked in Ireland, the UK, the HSE and the NHS. I use many therepeutic modalities to suit the needs of each individual I meet. I am trained in CBT, Accepance & Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, DBT, MBSR, attachment-based therapies and I am an accrediated EMDR therapist. All of our work will be underpinned by developing a strong therepeutic relationship while supporting you to work towards your personal values and goals.
I have significant experience working with anxiety, depression and trauma. I have expertise in supporting parents with pregnancy and post-natal anxiety or depression, parent-child bonding, and birth trauma. I also specialise in working with persistent pain, chronic illness, medical phobias or medical trauma.
