As a qualified and accredited Psychotherapist/Counsellor (IACP), I have experience working with a wide range of issues including self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, grief and emotional/relationship difficulties. I hold a Master's Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy with Children and Adolescents and am a qualified Menopause Support Worker. I work with both adults, student therapists and young people on a face to face basis from my practice in Lucan and offer online/phone counselling also.
I provide evidence informed, brief, strengths based & goal focused interventions using integrative and creative therapeutic approaches. I also provide long term psychotherapy using Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychodynamic and Reality Therapy.
My main focus is on building a relationship with my client, where we can explore their world from a non-judgemental, compassionate and empathic perspective. My goal is to help my clients navigate their way through their difficulties in a calm, safe and accepting space.
