I have extensive experience working with young children, adolescents and adults. Through a nurturing environment I will ensure that you are respected and listened to. Life can seem very demanding, challenging, causing a lot of stress/anxiety. Therapy provides a safe space to discuss these difficulties. By fostering a compassionate and trusting therapeutic relationship, together we can explore emotions, cultivate resilience and develop positive coping skills.
I practice humanistic and integrative therapy to ensure the needs of the client are met. Through a collaborative partnership that is non-judgmental, genuine and empathic, my aim is to support and empower you to reach your full potential. I use Person-Centred therapy and integrate elements of CBT, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy as well as Mindfulness.
Seeking support can be daunting but it's also a sign of strength and courage.
