I am an experienced Humanistic Psychotherapist and Counsellor registered and accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Based in the heart of Dublin, I offer both short-term and long-term therapy both in-person and online. Whether your reason for seeking therapy now is influenced by a current challenge in your life or whether you have been considering this for a long time, it would be a pleasure to meet you. My Person-Centred core approach means that I believe that each and every person can, and will, become a more fully functioning person if given the right conditions.
Although Person-Centred therapy informs the underpinning principle of how I work, further training enables me to integrate various other psychotherapeutic approaches into my work including Trauma Focused Interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and specific training in Online and Telephone therapy that is accredited by ACTO.
My aim is to provide a warm, calm and compassionate approach to help you to cope better with the issues you may be struggling with. Our therapeutic sessions will be tailored to meet your individual needs, based on a shared understanding of your concerns and problems. I have a friendly informal style and will do my best to make you feel completely at ease.
