I am an integrative psychotherapist and I currently offer in person, online and telephone sessions. I work with clients with a variety of issues from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, early childhood experiences, and relationship difficulties. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore any challenges you may be facing. We will work together to ensure you meet your therapeutic goals helping you move towards healing.
I use more than one approach to therapy including art, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred and a safe space to explore the challenges you may be facing. I focus on building relationship with my clients and use CBT techniques to help delve into negative thinking styles and patterns that may have developed early in life.
Seeking therapy can be daunting and it takes courage to ask for help. I would love to hear from you and help you work towards your goals and move into a space of healing, growth, and change.
