Adolescent’s 12+ years / Adults. I am an integrative counselling psychotherapist working with adults and adolescents from age 12+ years. I work with people who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, work/relationship/family problems, transition from childhood to adolescence, ADHD, sexual identity, amongst other issues. Additionally, I am a menopause wellness practitioner, helping women navigate issues surrounding menopause. Working integratively means I use a number of approaches, including CBT and Person-Centred. People are unique and need different approaches depending on what issues they wish to address.
I am a warm, caring, non-judgemental person, believing everyone has the innate capacity and potential for positive change given the right conditions. I am passionate about working with people experiencing mental health issues. I believe with the right support people can become empowered, gain clarity and work towards making positive changes in their lives.
