I use Integrative MCBT with Clients struggling with Anxiety, depression, unhelpful behaviours. I alsoteach clients Mindfulness practices to help increase their ability to manage inevitable stressful life situations and unhelpful behaviours they may be struggling with. Research shows when people have a regular Mindfulness practice their mental health improve
