I am a psychotherapist based in private practice in D24. I like to use an integration of interventions to help clients explore and cope with problems. I’m a qualified Breathwork Teacher and I’m also qualified in a form of psychotherapy called the Energy Therapy Technique. This explores breaking through trauma and emotions that are stored in the body and making you feel stuck in areas of your life. I believe that the mind and body are deeply entwined and I’m passionate about combining holistic and somatic approaches with psychotherapy.
My aim is to collaborate with clients to explore how issues they are experiencing are impacting their life while providing tools that can assist in coping with problems. Together, we can take a look at your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to see how you can take control of them to feel surer of yourself, balanced and regulated.
I know how overwhelming it can be to take the first step to make an appointment. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to be heard, understood and accepted. All feelings and thoughts are welcome and I am confident that I can help clients care for their wounds.

Groups
Parents of children with additional needs
This is a safe space for parents of children with additional needs. It is a group to provide, support, encouragement and comfort. A space to express your emotions and be heard. A space to realise you are never alone on your journey and to meet others walking a similar path. It takes place once a month, people are welcome to join at anytime. Spaces must be booked to keep the group small for a therapeutic process.
