Whether you're dealing with past trauma, looking to improve your mental health, or simply want to talk through your struggles to work out a way forward, I can offer a safe, supportive space where you can access evidence based therapy for personal growth and healing. I am experienced in supporting women and men during and after cancer diagnosis and treatment, and supporting people dealing with chronic physical health conditions. I also have expertise supporting clients following diagnosis of Autism and ADHD.

I am a qualified and accredited cognitive behavioral psychotherapist and fully trained EMDR therapist. I have expertise in working with anxiety problems including trauma/ post traumatic stress disorder, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and with depression, as well as with insomnia (using CBT-I), stress and low self esteem.
