Hi, I'm Sean, and I bring a unique perspective to therapy as both a therapist and a client. I understand firsthand the daunting and maybe overwhelming task of embarking into counselling and therapy. My main aim is to create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their inner struggles, emotions,thoughts and behaviours. Together, we'll address the hurdles you're encountering and tackle them collaboratively. By integrating various psychotherapy and counselling methods, I customise our sessions to suit your individual requirements, ensuring a thoughtful and impactful exploration of your inner landscape.
My style of therapy is based on an integrative approach while working from a relational depth. This approach draws from rich theoretical frameworks such as Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Attachment, andCognitive Behaviour (CBT). Above all, I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is of the greatest importance and facilitates the most reward
