You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lost or unsure what to do next. Or perhaps your relationship feels stuck, disconnected or caught in the same patterns. With individuals, I offer Person-Centred counselling where you can feel heard, understood and accepted, while exploring what is happening at your own pace. With couples, I use the research-based Gottman Method to understand your relationship and the patterns keeping you stuck. I believe counselling can change lives. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, helping you understand yourself or each other and find your own way forward.
I truly believe counselling changes lives, and I have accompanied many people on their way up their mountain. I have seen the wonderful impact counselling has, in helping people find their way to make the changes they want, to enjoy life again.
