Hi, I'm Séamus and I am a Person-Centered Pychotherapist & Counsellor. I work with both male and female adults and couples. It amazes me how the past can truly affect the present. In the work that I do, it is primarily the holistic approch I use. It is using a combination of different therapeutic styles such as humanistic, existential and Gestalt. it is about you the client.
Having empathy with you is understanding and sharing your personal feelings, emotions, and perspectives, offering support and compassion without judgment. And with that understanding it allows me to sit with you and allows you to feel safe and heard.
