Hello, I’m Eimear Scully and I’ve been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist in Kildare for 20 years now. Recently I moved my practice fully online so I can provide my services to a wider community. I have an in-depth of knowledge and experience in many areas including childhood trauma, attachment, co-dependency, adoption, family relationships, workplace issues, stress, anxiety, depression, existential and transpersonal issues. I’ve recently completed Level Three in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), a neuroscience based shock and trauma therapy designed to help with attachment based trauma and PTSD.
Every person is unique and requires an individual treatment approach. I was originally trained in person-centred integrative therapy and also have experience in mindfulness based approaches to build personal awareness and the skills to manage daily life. I work a lot with DBR, a neuroscience backed trauma therapy where a deeper body based system is needed.
