I’m Sarah, a neurodivergent Integrative Art Psychotherapist with a background in nursing and child development. I support autistic and ADHD adults—diagnosed or self-identified—especially those discovering their neurodivergence later in life. Parenthood, new jobs, relationships, and social cues can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. Combining creative psychotherapy with both personal insight and professional expertise, I help you build lasting tools to express yourself and thrive in a world that isn’t always designed for us.
I've Always felt different but when I became a parent I quickly realised I was neurodivergent. If you’re exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent, or finding that old coping strategies no longer work, I can help you develop new too. I use Art , Creativity and talk therapy strength based approach to work one to one online, in person and with groups.
I currently work with young adults struggling with the transitions from school to adulthood, late and unsure adults trying to understand if they're Adhd or Autistic struggling with emotional regulation.
