I am an Integrative & Holistic, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Reiki master and Shamanic Practitioner. I am trained to draw from different theoretical frame works and adapt a personalised healing environment, specific to each individuals needs. I believe we must nourish and heal our mind, body and spirit to be truly healthy & happy.
My core therapeutic values are rooted in person centred counselling, reality therapy, choice theory & logotherapy. Hypnotherapy lends a unique insight into healing as it provides a direct line to the subconscious, which often bypasses the resistance we encounter with other talking therapies.
