Hello, my name is Sarah, and I am a person-centred relational psychotherapist dedicated to providing a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that healing and personal growth happen through authentic human connection, and I work collaboratively with each individual to help them explore their experiences, emotions, and relationships at their own pace. I work with adolescents from age 13 onwards and adults across all stages of life, from young adulthood to later life. Supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. It takes courage to reach out to another. My approach supports individuals in a client-centred approach so as to: • Explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences with care • Develop self-understanding and insight • Strengthen inner resources and self-compassion.
In our first session, we will have a reflective conversation about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like support with, all at a pace that's right for you. Together, we’ll look at what’s going on beneath the surface—your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—and gently work towards changes that help you feel more grounded, confident, and able to cope.
