My integrative approach combines person-centred therapy with elements of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), attachment theory, choice theory, and psychodynamic theory. Together, we will explore the underlying factors that may be holding you back, fostering deeper insights and empowering you to create positive change in your life.
I understand that coming to therapy can feel overwhelming. My intention is to create a safe and welcoming space where each client can express their vulnerabilities. Together we will explore your life experiences, thoughts and feelings to gain a better understanding of yourself, who you are and how you came to be where you are today.
