It is wise to reach out for support when we face challenges in life. I believe that everyone can tap into their inner wisdom and resources, to meet stressful times with more resilience. I work with clients systemically, taking their significant relationships into consideration, also drawing on gestalt, psychoanalytic and humanistic theories. I intuitively create an individual healing plan for each client, depending on their needs. It is important to me that the process is reflective, collaborative and my clients are comfortable in sharing how they feel in the session. I work in English and Lithuanian.
I hold HDip and Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. I have BA in Social Work, completed in Lithuania, and bring 20 years of experience working with vulnerable youth and adults. I am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and use mindfulness skills in my practice. My special interests are dream analysis and neurodiversity.
We do not live in isolation, we live in the context of our relationships - families, partnerships, friendships. Relationships can be both: a source of struggles and a source of joy, even healing. When possible, I support my clients in strengthening the relationships in their lives, while also hearing their own authentic voice and maintaining boundaries.
