Hi, I'm an accredited Art Therapist registered with the Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists, having received my M.A. in Art Therapy from MTU in 2022. I work from my private practice in Cork City, offering one-to-one sessions with adults and adolescents aged 13 and over. I have experience in a wide variety of settings and clinical issues including trauma, depression, anxiety and body image issues. As an Art therapist, I work with clients to help them find creative expression in a way that is warm, supportive and collaborative.
I offer in-person Art therapy, working from a person-centered approach that is flexible and tailored to individual needs.
