Whatever your situation is, we will work together for you to be empowered through non judgemental therapy to change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours and move towards real positive lasting change.
I use a highly effective EMDR therapy as well as an integrative, gentle but direct approach to counselling, including CBT, and compassion focussed therapy. This approach gives me the scope to adapt to the individual or couples needs and circumstances, additionally I always incorporate mindfulness into my practice.
My counselling style is person centred, empathic & non judgemental. I hope to assist you to explore and work through your difficulties, whilst building a strong trusting therapeutic relationship to help you find your healing and answers to you reaching your full potential.
