Integrative Counselling is what I do, which means drawing from a range of modalities I've qualified and specialize in. These include the Person-Centered Humanistic Approach, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I offer Face to face talk therapy in confidence and my practice is situated in tranquil settings in the countryside.
My own journey brought me to this most interesting work, I'm here to listen to your story, explore and develop strategies with you to overcome issues, using therapeutic techniques so you can let go, accept and live life with a sense of purpose.
