Integrative Counselling is what I do, which means drawing from a range of modalities I've qualified and specialize in. These include the Person-Centered Humanistic Approach, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I offer Face to face & Online therapy in confidence. My practice is situated in a tranquil setting in the countryside.
