Through many years supporting clients with a myriad of challenges I have discovered that one of their greatest needs is for hope - an expectation and desire that change is possible. It is an absolute privilege to walk some of that journey to hope with my clients and I would be delighted to explore together how I can support you. I have a breadth of experience in counselling in private practice, with community based counselling services, on Employee Assistance Programmes, at a residential drug rehabilitation centre and in supporting those affected by their involvement in the criminal justice system.
I work with clients with a diverse range of issues including relationship conflicts, work related issues, stress and anxiety, trauma, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem, existential crisis, clients seeking to overcome addictions and clients affected by current or previous involvement with the criminal justice system.
