I've been working with clients for over thirty years. I am a peaceful listening presence for men and women of all ages. I also specialise in seeing couples and families. I work online. I help you to clarify your own goals and commit to gently nudging you when you seem to be getting off track... I provide a safe space to unpack your troubles and your pain, so that you may continue on your road to increased wellbeing out in the world, with those you love and help yourself....
My training is in Family Systems. I first trained in the late 1980's as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Seattle and I still use this lens when working with my clients, even when I am working with an individual. I have explored a lot of modalities over the years, including meditation and energy medicine... and various spiritual practices.
Above all I reflect. I help you to slow down and become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and together we explore and discover what you are truly seeking to experience more in your life, and what your troubles are pointing you towards, which, I believe is usually more wholeness and greater wellbeing...
