My training is in Family Systems. I first trained in the late 1980's as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Seattle (Antioch University) and I still use this lens when working with my clients, even when I am working with an individual. I have explored a lot of modalities over the years: meditation and energy medicine, and various spiritual practices.

I help you to slow down and become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and together we explore and discover what you are truly seeking to experience more in your life, and what your troubles are pointing you towards, which, I believe is usually more wholeness and greater wellbeing...
