I offer individual therapy online (teletherapy) and tailored to meet your specific needs.I deal with issues such as stress, anxiety, low self esteem, relationships (partner,family/friends/coworkers), sexuality, spirituality and work with you to help you develop self compassion and rediscover life with renewed meaning and purpose. I have three years experience working at different psychotherapy and counselling agencies both in person and online. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental and inclusive space for people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions.
I integrate Person-Centred Therapy with Choice Theory, placing a strong emphasis on building a positive client-therapist relationship while exploring how the choices we make can impact our well-being and personal fulfillment.
