I work with all clients to provide a confidential and safe space that supports and empowers individuals. We work together and meet challenges with actionable skills and a deep sense of personal belief and self compassion. I understand how hard it can be to seek help. I regard all clients with compassion and without judgement. Life throws us many challenges. These can include illness or grief, struggles in the perinatal period or any of a myriad of situations that at times can feel too complicated to even express. It is at these times therapeutic input can assist.
In addition to counselling and psychotherapy have worked extensively with clients that are seeking to identify career and life goals. Through my experience as an Occupational Psychologist I offer a solution focused approach that draws out interests and skills, identifies qualification pathways and a balanced perspective on work and personal life.
